Join us for a heartfelt gathering honouring Jacques “Jacob” Horne (1720–1821) — the first known European settler of Eastern Passage and a founding figure in the community’s early story.This special event includes a monument dedication, guest speaker, catered lunch, and the opportunity to connect with family — known and unknown — who descend from Jacob through his sons and daughters.
