Jacksonville Scene coed 4s(1 girl minimum)

Jax Scene is back on the grass December 21st for coed 4s and will be offering 3 divisions. Open, AA/A, BB. Tournament director reserves the right to merge divisions.
$20 per person for non open division before December 15th. Price will increase by $5 per person after December 14th.
Tournament format will be double elimination for open/AA and single elimination for A and BB. AA/A will be separated after pool play to ensure playoffs are competitive and fair.
Roster: Roster maximum of 5 players. Four players on the court per team - with no more than Five players on the roster. Teams may add another player during pool play in the case of injury with tournament directors approval and late player fee of $40.
Scoring: All games will be played using rally scoring. 1 set to 21 with a cap of 23.
Playoffs - 1 game to 30 (no cap).
Time and Daylight permitting, semi-finals and finals in each Championship bracket might be switched to best of 3 matches.
If so, the first two games will be to 21 (no cap) and the third to 15 (no cap).
Net Height: The coed division is played on a men's height net.
Tips: No open hand tips.
Double Contact: Players may double contact any first ball over (including serves) provided the ball is not held. Players may NOT double contact the second or third hits.
Let Serves: Let Serves are legal.
Blocking: A block is not counted as a team hit.
Setting Over: When the ball is set into the opponents court, the setters shoulders must be squared up (forwards or backwards) to the line of flight of the ball.
Time Outs: Each team is allowed two 30 second timeouts per game. Time out may be called prior to server receiving ball on either side of court between plays.
Side Changes: Teams should switch sides of the court after every 7 points in games to 17 or more, and every 5 points for games to 15.
Forfeit Rule: A 10 minute forfeit rule is in effect.
Coed Rule: Each coed team must have a minimum of 1 woman, but there is no "girl" rule.
