Hey Jackson, MI area professionals who serves families in their pregnant, birth or postpartum era - we have an event for you! We're going to mingle with like minded professionals and to enjoy light snacks and refreshment provided by Better Birth Jackson (a collective of birth and postpartum doulas). You will have an opportunity to do a 1-2 minute short intro/elevator pitch on what you do if you want to do that. Bring business cards and/or flyers!
We want to be able to build real connections between everyone supporting moms/parents and babies in the area - we all have the same underlying passion. We would love to know faces behind the names of all the perinatal professionals in the area!

There is plenty of parking. There are no steps to get into the building and it's wheelchair accessible.
Who Can Come?
Anyone who serves women/birthing people from pregnancy to the first year postpartum. So it can be midwives, OB/GYN, doulas, Social Workers, Community Health Workers (CHW), L&D nurses, anyone who works on the L&D/Postpartum floor at the hospital, Mother & Baby nurses, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Mental Health Therapists, Lactation Consultants or Counselors, Pediatricians, Nutritionist and so on.
If you have kids, you can bring them! We'll make sure to bring some toys and things for them to play with during the event. As always, this is also a breastfeeding friendly space.
