We are having a litter cleanup in Jackson Park on Saturday, April 18 starting at 10am. There are usually a couple of key areas that need attention and lots of space in between.We'll meet in the parking lot at the end of Monaghan Rd. We will break up into a few teams and follow team leaders to the cleanup sites.
We have lots of bags to fill and get to the side of the trail or pickup locations. You'll need to bring work gloves (we have few) and your own nutrition (water, snack). There are a few areas that could use detailed work so if you have a rake or other cleanup tools they might be useful.
Backup date: one week later, April 25.
