This free weekly group offers a supportive space where moms of infants (6 weeks) and toddlers (up to 3 years old) can share the real experiences of early parenthood—the joys, frustrations, and everything in between.Facilitated by local therapist Rae Suerig, GEMs (Good Enough Moms) explores how your own childhood experiences shape your parenting while connecting you with other moms in your community. Whether you're navigating sleepless nights, challenging moments, or simply need a place where you feel understood, you'll find authentic connection here.
Sessions begin the second Thursday in January 2026 and welcome Jackson Hole and Teton Valley families.
