Founded in 2012, the iconic underground label Jack Playmobil Records has established itself as a hub for alternative analogue dance music. Now, the label is proud to present Hantrax – Music from the Basement, a two-volume vinyl release that captures the raw spirit of analogue synthesizers.
Comprising eight tracks, each piece was crafted exclusively on analogue synthesizers in Hantrax’s parents' basement between 1998 and 2002, delivering an authentic journey into his formative sounds. In celebration of this release, Hantrax returns to his roots, performing a special analogue set amidst the crowd. This event marks a nostalgic return for Hantrax, whose Firecracker EP was also released by Jack Playmobil Records with a memorable launch party at Scheld'Apen in 2013.
