"Innately special....reminiscent of Ed Sheeran if he was headed towards Byron Bay with a surfboard." – Rolling Stone
Hailing from the Northern Rivers of NSW, ***Jack Botts*** has amassed a global audience through his signature blend of folk, country, pop and coastal-inspired storytelling, with his catalogue now surpassing 100 million streams worldwide. His easy-going sound and magnetic live presence have seen him share stages with internationally acclaimed artists such as Vance Joy, Tash Sultana, JP Saxe, Ocean Alley and Boy & Bear, while appearing at globally renowned festivals such as Boardmasters, Latitude Festival, Electric Castle and Maifeld Derby.
His latest single Bonita marks the beginning of a new chapter — a sun-soaked, rhythm-driven release inspired during his travels through Spain's Balearic Islands. Pairing breezy acoustic textures with subtle Latin influences, Bonita captures fleeting romance, coastal escape and carefree summer afternoons, further expanding the rich, easy-listening sound that has connected Jack with audiences worldwide. The single follows Days & Days, released earlier this year, continuing a creative period shaped by travel, reflection and personal growth.
Earlier in 2025, Jack released his EP Home Days, a five track EP reflecting on the contrast between life on the road and the comfort of returning home. Exploring themes of connection, grounding and self-discovery, the project showcased a more introspective and assured side of Jack's songwriting. In support of the release, he began by joining UK singer-songwriter Myles Smith as main support on his debut Australian tour, performing to packed crowds nationwide including Melbourne's iconic Forum Melbourne. This was followed shortly after by an Australian capital city tour, and a 20-date run throughout Europe and the UK.
Following the release of his debut album Suckers For Sunsets in 2023, Jack spent the next two years cementing himself as one of Australia's fastest-rising live and recorded acts. Across 2024, he released a run of fan-favourite singles including Hand-Me-Down Heart, Called To Say Hey, Anywhere and the deeply personal Get Through, each highlighting a more refined and emotionally mature direction. That same year, he completed his biggest headline touring schedule to date, performing across the UK, Europe and North America, including a special appearance at the wedding of NHL superstar Connor McDavid in Canada. Back home, Jack revived his beloved Australian Summer tour with 21 shows in regional and coastal shows around the country.
