“Effortless Power” is an all-levels intensive with Thibault & Nicole that focuses on creating strong, dynamic movement through efficient body organization rather than force.
Learn how power begins in the feet, travels through the body, and expresses itself cleanly through alignment, timing, and connection to create impactful and intentional movement. You’ll work on on using weight placement, sequencing, and coordination to create movement that feels grounded, clear, and responsive rather than heavy or forced.
This intensive explores how to increase dynamic range without adding tension, how to stay stable while moving with intensity, and how to maintain clarity and balance as energy increases.
The result is dancing that feels:
• Strong yet calm
• Dynamic yet controlled
• Powerful without excess effort
Intensive will be 4 hours long, with 2 hours on Friday afternoon and 2 hours on Saturday morning.
Part 1: 4:00pm-6:00pm on Friday, June 5th, 2026 in the Terrace Room
Part 2: 10:00am-12:00pm on Saturday, June 6th, 2026 in the Terrace Room
Intensive will be capped at 25 Followers & 25 Leaders so don’t miss out!
