JACK AND JILL POOL TOURNAMENT RULES:-Flip the brake
-Rack your own brake
-Whoever racks and breaks puts in quarters
-8 Ball on break is a RE-RACK, scratch or not
-8 Ball last pocket can 3 rail in a neutral pocket, must hit 3 solid rails before 8 balls. Semi slop
-Any part of the ball in or out of kitchen line is in THE KITCHEN
-Max of 2 minutes between shots
