Written and Directed by Gajendra Ahire, Jaane Pehchaane Anjane is a poignant Hindi musical play that explores human connection within a contemporary, middle-class milieu. The play stars Anupam Kher and Swaroop Sampat, alongside a strong ensemble cast including Meghna Malik, Maya Sharma, Vikas Rawat, Shraddha Mandale, and Herman De Souza. mSet within the intimate world of neighbouring lives — a widow, a widower, a young paying guest, and a woman navigating mid-life separation — the narrative unfolds through sharp dialogue and grounded realism. Each character grapples with solitude in their own way, reflecting on societal expectations while searching for moments of joy amidst emotional voids.
