Her path; shaped by time spent between Finland and the U.S.; has led her to become a resident at some of Berlin’s most influential institutions, guided by curiosity, connection, and a strong reverence for techno’s heritage.
Her sets feel like a dialogue with the dancefloor, blending tribal rhythms, driving contemporary techno, hints of early 2000s house, and moments of uplifting trance. She moves fluidly across styles and eras, creating a hypnotic, high-energy atmosphere that dissolves boundaries; between sounds, generations, and the crowd itself. Behind the decks, Carmen isn’t just playing records; she’s crafting narratives, using vinyl as her medium and the booth as her canvas.
With appearances at renowned venues such as Bassiani, Säule, RSO, Gotec, and Laster Club, and the launch of her label KUJE Records injecting fresh momentum into the scene, Carmen Electro continues to carve out her own distinct space; one that is bold, immersive, and unapologetically her own.
