Jessie Lynch of J.J. Corry joins us at PYE this April 24th for a curated tasting straight from Louise Mc Guane's Library of Flavours.
Since 2016 J.J. Corry has brought new life into Irish Whiskey Bonding, building this incredible Library of Flavours, a collection comproised only from the finest of whiskies sourced from Ireland's leading distilleries as well as maturation barrels from all acorss the globe.
Over the next few years, J.J.Corry would obtain multiple Gold Medals from Whiskey Award bodies both here at home and internationally. In 2019 they released 'The Chosen', Ireland's first super premium age statement single cask.
Join us at PYE on April 24th, as we taste through their core offering, limited release samples of bottlings no longer available and maybe even an exclusive peak at whats' to come.
