About: JC Kickboxing was established in 2006 and is associated with the British Freestyle Karate and Kickboxing Organisation.
Whether you just want to get fit and stay in shape or you want to grade for belts, spar or compete in local and national competitions JC Kickboxing is the place for you!
All welcome beginners to advanced levels.
Get Fighting Fit: Kickboxing is an exciting and challenging way to get fit and stay fit. Classes will promote weight loss, improve flexibility, build stamina and increase full body strength and conditioning.
