IWW Workplace Organiser 101 Training

Join this IWW Workplace Organiser 101 training weekend to learn skills and tools for building a union in the workplace and making change.

Discuss and practice workplace organiser skills in a friendly and supportive environment, assisted by experienced union organisers.

This training aims to help you grow your confidence and knowledge to start organising with colleagues in your own workplace from the ground-up.

The IWW approach argues that you don't need to rely on paid, external union organisers to build a union or win improvements to working condiitons or fight unfair treatment. It can start with you, by combining your experiences as a worker with practical tools and techniques to get other to take action collectively.

The training runs from 10am - 4pm both days.
