About the Event
This 2-hour interactive workshop will be led by Fiona Catchpowle of The Menopause School, in partnership with Men's Prosperity Club and supported by MPC’s Health & Fitness Community Partner.
The session will be structured around three core pillars:
1️⃣ The Menstrual Health Timeline
An engaging overview of menstrual cycles, perimenopause, menopause, and hormone rhythms — explained in a clear, relatable way for both men and women.
2️⃣ Allyship & Communication
Understanding how hormonal changes influence mental health, mood, and communication — for both women and men.
This section builds empathy, practical awareness, and shared understanding, including insight into andropause and male testosterone rhythms.
3️⃣ Women’s Safety & Responsibility
Exploring reproductive rights, consent, and the link between hormonal shifts, emotional regulation, and behaviour — including how men can better manage testosterone-driven responses in high-energy environments.
The workshop will include:
- Interactive audience participation
- Myth-busting moments
- Practical communication insights
- A community “Give to Gain” pledge wall
- And the optional (but iconic) Menopause Karaoke finale
