This year’s theme is “Break the Pattern”—a call to challenge the defaults, question what’s “always been done,” and redesign the future we’re building.
We’re living a defining moment: AI is accelerating change across everything—work, society, and opportunity. But progress isn’t automatic. If we don’t act intentionally, technology can reinforce the same old biases and barriers.
That’s why we gather: to break cycles, make space for new voices, and ensure the future of tech is more fair, more diverse, and more human.

El tema de este año es “Break the Pattern”—una invitación a cuestionar lo establecido, desafiar lo de “siempre” y rediseñar el futuro que estamos construyendo.
Estamos en un momento decisivo: la IA está acelerando la transformación de nuestro mundo—desde el trabajo hasta la sociedad y las oportunidades. Pero el progreso no ocurre por sí solo. Si no actuamos con intención, la tecnología puede amplificar los mismos sesgos y barreras de siempre.
Por eso nos reunimos: para romper ciclos, abrir espacio a nuevas voces y asegurar que el futuro de la tecnología sea más justo, más diverso y más humano.
