In recognition of your achievements, we would like to help celebrate your well-deserved success and invite you to our next Graduation event in Berlin on:

WHO CAN REGISTER
You can register, if you completed your colloquium by 15 October 2025 and this was your final assessment.
REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY!
Please register your attendance by completing this
(which contains a link to the guest ticket payment platform Eventbrite) by the registration deadline of 10th November 2025).
*Please note that although you may have already completed a form sent to you by the Exams Office, this was only an "Interest" only form in order for us to get a more accurate list of graduates. It was not a registration for the graduation event itself!
• Please do not register more than once. If you need to change the information you entered, please email us at [email protected]
• This is a binding registration. If you later realise that you cannot attend, please inform us by email in plenty of time, so we can free up your place.
• Guest tickets can be purchased via our event page
The cost per guest is €35 and €15 for children up to 10 years old. Please read our Frequently Asked Questions on the Evenbrite page for further information.

If someone you think has completed their studies, but not received this email, please ask them to email [email protected] This is because we need to check every student profile and not everyoneis eligible to graduate yet.
PHOTOS & LIVESTREAM
There will be a live stream of the ceremony so your friends and family can watch from anywhere in the world. The link will be sent to everyone who registers their attendance. An official photographer will also be on site for more formal photos which will be sent to you in the weeks following your graduation.
GRADUATION DRESS
We will provide you with a graduation robe on the day of the event, free or charge, should you want one. This will need to be returned at the end of the event. Please enter your preferred robe size via the Registration Form.
In addition, you will receive from us your graduation cap and sash, and these you will be able to keep and take home with you.
YOUR GRADUATION DOCUMENTS
You can arrange delivery of your graduation documents directly with the Examination Office via email at [email protected]. They will not be awarded on stage.
If you wish to make any changes to the information you entered in the registration form, please email us those changes. Do not complete the registration form more than once.
Further communication will be sent in November after the registration deadline to those who have registered.

Only people (graduates & guests) with a valid Eventbrite ticket, which will be checked upon entry, will be allowed to attend the graduation ceremony. And each graduate may invite up 2 guests, subject to ticket availability.
