She creates, builds, and offers her hands on life tools based on her own recovery journey through intense healing. Her vision is always to help others live a full life with the journey they are given.
One of her passions is her Greek Heritage offering private classes, catering and serving local farmers markets from time to time. She uses the best of the best and only authentic Greek ingredients for the best possible Mediterranean experience.
