Discover the vibrant, aromatic essence of Thai cuisine in this hands-on cooking workshop. You’ll explore the harmony of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavours that define Thailand’s cuisine, learning how to balance them with confidence. Guided step by step, you’ll practice key techniques such as chopping fresh herbs, blending fragrant pastes, and cooking with colourful, seasonal ingredients to bring out their full flavour. Together, we’ll prepare a balanced meal that delights every sense. We’ll finish the class with a sweet treat to round off the experience.
By the end, you will feel comfortable recreating this full three-course Thai menu at home, with the skills, knowledge, and recipes to do it again and again.
You will leave with printed and digital versions of the recipes, new experiences and knowledge, new friends, and, of course, your culinary creations to share with others (or enjoy on your own!).
The recipes are shaped by what the market has to offer, so the full menu is only revealed on the day of the workshop.
