Please join the Ithaca Dances of Universal Peace community as we dance, sing, pray, and travel the path of peace together, and create a circle where we strengthen, uplift, inspire, and support each other.Walking meditation and live music from 7:15-7:30pm.
Dances begin at 7:30pm.
Please arrive before the doors are locked at 7:45pm.
306 North Aurora Street entrance. Free parking on street.
Donations appreciated. $10-20 suggested.
Our theme for December is "The Light of Peace."
The Dances of Universal Peace are an interfaith spiritual practice in motion. Drawing on sacred phrases, songs and poetry from the world's wisdom traditions, the Dances blend live music, chant, and movement into a living experience of unity and peace. The Dances offer us an opportunity to connect with the spiritual essence within ourselves, and recognize it in others. There are no performers or audience; newcomers and experienced dancers create the circle together.

and/or not hold hands. Gathering together to promote peace - within ourselves, in our communities and on Earth - is our intention. If you have any symptoms of illness, even if they are mild, please stay home and take good care of yourself.*
