A brewery that grows its own malt and hops, straight from the fields to your glass. We visited them last month and got to watch a brew day of their flagship beer Hellman, a crisp, clean lager we can’t wait for you to try.
Keep your eyes on Garganiga too: a wild gose made with locally grown Garganega grapes (literally right in front of the brewery!). Expect a few more hidden gems too.
🦝 Wild Raccoon
Young, bold, and full of international flair. We went behind the scenes and handpicked the beers straight from the fermenter just a few weeks ago. Expect ultra fresh IPAs, pastry sours, and a dreamy Italian pilsner that'll steal your heart.
