About this Event
At Caruso's, we love the wines made from grapes grown on Italian Islands. These coastal regions of Italy have rich, ancient wine histories and traditions producing wines of great finesse, minerality, and complexity. From Sicily to Sardegna, these Mediterranean styles are perfect for the Caruso's menu!
Join us for a four-course meal prepared by Chef/ Partner Matt Adler and Executive Chef Stuart Ameter. Each course will be meticulously paired with fine artisanal wines from Italian Island vineyards poured by the Neighborhood Restaurant Group Wine Director, Certified Sommelier, and Certified Specialist of Wine, Erin Dudley. Erin will introduce us to the regions, present each wine, and give insight into her pairing decisions and wine expertise.
