This week's pasta feature is ravioli. Learn all the tricks to the perfect shape!
We will start by making homemade pasta dough with fresh eggs and flour, then roll them into pasta sheets with the KitchenAid pasta attachment. Ravioli is stuffed with delicious ricotta and spinach, prepared and tossed in a lemony burnt butter sage sauce. Chicken Parm is assembled from scratch and baked to saucy perfection. And the dessert is a weeknight favourite in our house!
