After a personal visit to this remote Alpine area, where she tasted over 150 wines from 33 local winemakers, she has handpicked the best and most interesting 8 wines to share with you.
Valle d'Aosta, nestled in the northwestern corner of Italy, is the country's smallest wine region and a hidden gem known for its high-altitude vineyards and impressive range of native grape varieties. What makes this region so special is its unique terroir in the Alps, which produces white wines with fresh, vibrant acidity and intense minerality. From the only native white grape variety, Prié Blanc, to other regional stars like Petite Arvine and Erbaluce, this tasting will explore the diversity and charm of these rare wines. None of the wines showcased at this event are available in the UK, making this a truly exclusive opportunity to taste them.
