PHL | 2024 Festival Vendor Application Fee
ALL Applicants are Required to provide the $25 Non-Refundable Application Fee. It is separate from the Festival Vendor Fee and will be applied IF your application is approved.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you complete our 2024 Festival Vendor Application, there will be a Payment Link in the Post-Submission Confirmation.
2024 PHL FESTIVAL VENDOR OPTIONS & FEES
The PHL Festival Vendor Fee List below is for PHL Festival Vendor Applicants who Successfully Submit BOTH their 2024 Festival Vendor Online Application & $25 Application Fee and are Chosen to Participate.
☁️ Community Resource Vendor – $
Offers Outreach Programs for Free or Discounted services in Business, Housing, Finance, Childcare, and Transportation, etc.
☁️ Teentrepreneur Vendor – $75
Parent and/or Legal Guardian consent Required. Must be 13– 19 years old and Able to Provide a Valid City, State or School ID

☁️ Non-Profit Vendor – $125
Verification of 501(c)(3) is required

☁️ Business Vendor – $200
Includes: Retail, Fashion Accessories, Health & Wellness, Fitness, Home Essentials, Arts & Crafts, Hair & Beauty, Entertainment Attractions, etc.

Includes: Food, Desserts, Smoothies, Coffees & Teas, Non/Alcoholic Drinks, etc.
