About this Event
This 7-week, in-person series is designed for women and those exploring their feminine experience who are ready to feel more connected, supported, and steady in their daily lives.
Rather than focusing on fixing or changing who you are, this work centers on understanding your patterns—how your nervous system, emotions, and daily habits interact—and learning how to support yourself in a more sustainable way.
Each session includes guided somatic experiences, practical teaching, and simple, realistic ways to care for your body through nutrition and daily rhythm. You’ll be supported in choosing one small, meaningful shift each week and practicing it in real life.
This is a space for awareness, practice, and integration—so change can happen gently, over time.
This space is inclusive of LGBTQ+ individuals, including women, trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people who are exploring or celebrating femme experiences.
