It Ends With Me is a full-day, immersive retreat designed to help you recognize repeating relational patterns, understand how they live in the nervous system, and learn where choice actually exists.
This work is not about fixing others. It’s not about blaming the past...And it’s not about insight without follow-through.
It’s about awareness, responsibility, and practicing new responses in real time.
Throughout the day, we’ll work with:
-common relationship patterns (avoidance, pursuit, caretaking, self-erasure, and more)
-nervous system responses in connection and conflict
-how patterns form and why they repeat
-where and how to interrupt old dynamics
-boundaries, repair, and sustainable change
The day includes guided reflection, embodied practices, journaling, small-group work, and a comprehensive retreat workbook you can continue using afterward.
There is no pressure to share. Silence is participation too. Honesty is the foundation.
