About this Event
As we celebrate the blessed month of Ramadan, we invite you to our weekly Iftar gatherings every Friday at ISWV. This program aims to bring our diverse community together to break our fast, pray, and build strong bonds among families and children.
We are proud to include members from various backgrounds, including Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia, and more. Our diversity enriches our community.
As Allah (SWT) says in the Quran:
“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided..."
(Quran 3:103)
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) reminds us:
“The believers, in their mutual kindness, compassion, and sympathy, are like one body..."
(Sahih Bukhari)
To make these gatherings possible, the weekly sponsorship for Iftar is $5,500. We encourage each family to contribute towards this fund.
