AI has rapidly evolved from standalone tools into core, agent-driven business workflows, while security has often struggled to keep pace. This talk explores how to identify and manage AI-specific risks and outlines practical guardrails that enable organizations to securely adopt AI systems without compromising data, compliance, or mission objectives.

Speaker: Will Rogers
brings over 15 years of experience across defense, federal, and commercial sectors, with deep expertise in cybersecurity, AI/ML, and large-scale data systems. He has held roles in offensive security, data engineering, and GenAI solution architecture, supporting Department of Defense, intelligence community, and enterprise cloud initiatives. Currently, he leads Data & AI Security and serves as a Senior GenAI Solutions Architect at Swish Data, where he designs secure LLM platforms, AI guardrails, and zero-trust architectures. He also advises AI-focused startups and is completing a master’s degree in AI/ML with additional studies in post-quantum cryptography and advanced security frameworks.
