Founded by Lascelle "Wiss" Bulgin, Cecil "Skelly" Spence, and Albert "Apple Gabriel" Craig, the trio's story is as powerful as their music-each member was affected by polio as a child and first met at the Mona Rehabilitation Clinic in Kingston.
