About this Event
Come and join Islington’s Partners in Practice (PIP) Team in an engaging week of learning and development sessions. We have developed 13 learning sessions and will host reflective sessions at the end of each day to enable peer discussion to support practitioners with their Social Work England’s CPD registration requirements.
The Psychological Safety: Building Trust for Success session is an introduction to what psychological safety is, why it's important to children's services, and how to build it within your organisation. This session will be facilitated by Andrea Ferdinand and Claire Barcham.
