Island Smoke at Webfoot
One Day Only Hawaiian Fusion Pop Up
March 15 On March 15th, pitmaster Joshua Hilding takes over Webfoot Bar and Grill for a one day Hawaiian Fusion pop up built around serious craft, big flavor, and a little island chaos.
Every plate is $25, and $2 from every plate benefits Food for Lane County.
This is a full plate experience that includes:
Wham Spam Thank You Ma’am Spam musubi with coconut rice
Holy Moly Huli Huli Huli Huli chicken sliders on Hawaiian rolls with grilled pineapple and mango slaw
Kahlua Hallelujah Kahlua brined pork wrapped in banana leaves and smoked overnight
Peter Piper Picked a Papaya Creamy Hawaiian mac salad with smoked papaya
You Guava Be Kidding Me Guava cake infused with sweet coconut milk and topped with indulgent guava jam
Each plate includes all listed items. If you have dietary needs, please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to help.
Arrival Windows When purchasing your ticket, select your arrival window: 11:00–1:00 1:00–3:00 3:00–5:00 5:00–7:00 7:00–9:00 Please arrive during your selected time frame.
Guests reserving the 7:00–9:00 p.m. window should be 21+. All guests must be 21+ after 8:00 p.m.
Hawaiian Trivia Hawaiian trivia will run throughout the day at: 12:30 2:30 4:30 6:30 8:30 Fun prizes every round.

Both lots are an easy one block walk to Webfoot Bar and Grill. Street parking in the area is also free, but limited.
