About this Event
‘Island Quest: Sentosa Orienteering’ is a fun, school‑holiday orienteering adventure for youths aged 12-18. Teams use maps to navigate Palawan and nearby Sentosa trails, completing checkpoints with puzzles, photo challenges and mini‑tasks that build teamwork, problem‑solving and outdoor confidence.
Facilitators provide safety briefings, task kits and moments for reflection to reinforce navigation skills, leadership and communication. Designed for beginners and explorers alike, the event balances friendly competition with holistic learning and nature appreciation.
Learning Objectives
This programme allows participants to:
- Work effectively in a team to divide tasks, communicate clearly, and solve challenges together.
- Apply creative problem-solving and resourcefulness using limited materials under time pressure.
- Show improved confidence and resilience by managing setbacks and completing physical tasks.

What to Bring

- Sunscreen

- Umbrella
Participants should wear covered, comfortable footwear. A hat is recommended.
🎒 A complimentary care pack with snacks will be provided. Participants may bring additional snacks if needed.
Workshop Fee
For 1 Youth Circle Member: $10
Subsidised for Members of Brahm Centre Youth Circle.
