The course explains the application of a wide variety of Islamic financial contracts in designing Shariah-compliant financial and investment products and analyzes the contribution of these products in attaining sustainable socio-economic goals.The course will provide participants the ability to understand purposes of Islamic finance and its contribution to the society, explain Islamic financial contracts and their applications in financial markets and identify the prospects, challenges of Islamic financial institutions.
