Join us at ISI Elite Training in the Nashville Nations for a festive and challenging 75-minute Ugly Sweater MEGA Workout! This full-body session, led by one of our certified coaches, is designed to make you sweat, smile, and earn those holiday treats.
But the fun doesn't stop when the workout ends!
Rock your most hideous, festive, or outrageously ugly holiday sweater (the uglier, the better!) because we're giving out prizes for the best (worst?) dressed!
Here's what to expect:
- A 75-Minute, High-Energy Workout: Our coach will guide you through a dynamic, full-body session suitable for all fitness levels.
- Festive Vendors & Giveaways: Browse offerings from local vendors right here in the facility. We'll have exciting raffles and giveaways, including B12 injections, hair tinsel, and more!
- Holiday Happy Hour: After you've crushed your workout, throw on your (now sweaty) ugly sweater and join the ISI fam for a well-deserved holiday happy hour at Southern Grist Brewing Co.
