⭐ ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Inbound Sales Representative at ISG, you’ll take calls from customers already shopping for essential home services such as internet, wireless, TV, and home security. There is no cold calling — your role is to understand the customer’s needs, recommend solutions, and earn uncapped commission based on your performance.
We provide paid training at $17/hr, ongoing coaching, and all the tools you need to become a subject matter expert. Our average agent exceeds $20/hr ($42,000/yr) and many earn $60K–$100K+ annually with our uncapped compensation plan.
This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to grow their income in a structured, supportive environment.

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
