ISA: The World is One: Filipino Students Association: Spring 2026

We invite other BU clubs to perform and show what culture they are a part of-- whether that be the culture the club identifies with, the dance culture, or the singing culture. The ISA show has us showcasing a wide variety of traditional Filipino dances from different parts of the country. These traditional dances are then followed up by a set of modern dances choreographed by members of the club. Additionally, we share poetry and have a performance from our club's singing group, Kumanta. Through ISA, FSA's goal is to unite members of the BU and general community and appreciate the uniqueness that Filipino culture represents and to celebrate the cultures present at BU that join us for this very important show, which goes hand in hand with what we want to accomplish as a club. In addition, our costs are inflated this year as we're doing a overhaul of many of our traditional garment and props, as a lot of our items are old from a decade ago, as well as accomidating to our club's bigger size and participation in this culutral show.
