- How to identify your actual moat: is it your data, your workflow, or your trust?
- What "platform risk" really means and how to stress-test your idea against it
- How to build for a world where the floor keeps moving
What to expect:
- A practical framework you can apply to your own product or idea
- Open discussion with founders, builders, and operators who are wrestling with the same questions
- Networking with the community that's actually building
