This training class will help the tax practitioner understand the definition of Statute of Limitations, define what the ASED (Assessment Statute Expiration Date) is and its requirements. Explain the CSED (Collection Statute Expiration Date) and its requirements. We will also determine the tolling events that stop and start the ASED or CSED.
