Available Position:
Contact Representative
As a Contact Representative, you will work directly with taxpayers to resolve a variety of issues on their tax returns and tax accounts. One year of specialized customer service experience is required to qualify, however, a bachelor's degree (or combination of experience and education) can be substituted for specialized experience requirement.
These entry level positions do not require you to have prior tax experience. Our top-notch training programs will teach you everything you need to know to prepare you to be successful in these positions.

We will be offering full-time, seasonal positions on day and swing shifts, based on availability. Full-time seasonal positions are typically offered on a 6-8 month season and can be extended. If seasonal employees are released during the off season, they will be called back at the start of each new season and do not need to reapply.
While these positions may be telework eligible, it does not guarantee telework; employees must meet and sustain IRS telework requirements to participate in the IRS Telework Program. You may be required to report to the office for the duration of training, which varies based on the position.

Qualified candidates will be able to complete several pre-employment steps during the event. The entire process can take about 2-3 hours to complete. Please plan accordingly.
