Are you in love? Searching for love? Looking for new friends you’ll love? In love with dancing on your own or with your best gal-entines? Nonsense’s one-night-only Valentine’s Day pop-up is for you!
Candy hearts, teddy bears, flowers, sugary sweet photo ops, ridiculous décor, and surprises galore await at our first-ever Valentine’s Day dance. We know Valentine’s Day can be stressful or depressing, but not this one! Cupid himself will be jealous of the night you’re gonna have.
Step 1: Grab a wristband
RED – Paired up or just here to dance
YELLOW – Open to new friendships
IRL friend making! Grab a nametag and write three things you love to chat about on it (hobbies, fave show, music, whatever) to break the friendship ice.
GREEN – Open to consensual flirting and romantic connections
Apps suck. Meet someone IRL. We’ll have other wristbands to help you signal what you’re looking for (LGBTQIA, straight, etc.)
Step 2: Dance to a themed set of your favorite sexy, romantic pop, disco, and dance music selected by Kimber. Bops, bangers, throwbacks, and sing-alongs. It’s a night of songs you know and love. No filler. No bummers.
Step 3: FUN. Flirt with that hottie on the dance floor, get to know some new friends, or take a selfie with a giant teddy bear.
Kimber is the DJ. Music vibes are your faves from across the decades. Think stuff like:
