On Saturday 21st March 2026, we’ll be celebrating 10 years of Irish Dancing for Adults with a black-tie gala dinner and céilí at the Europa Hotel, Belfast. The evening will bring together our dancers, friends and supporters as we celebrate Irish culture, music and community with a spectacular black-tie event. A drinks reception and three-course dinner will be followed by an iconic IDA céilí and live performances throughout the night.
Entertainment will include a keynote speech and performance from Amy Mae Dolan, Principal Riverdance dancer, along with music from All-Ireland Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann champions, The Blackwater Céilí Band and The Kilkennys, one of Ireland’s most renowned modern folk and ballad groups.
Irish Dancing for Adults began in 2016 as South Belfast Irish Dancing for Adults, before becoming ‘IDA’ and expanding to teach adults across Northern Ireland. Today, we run classes across Belfast, Omagh, Newcastle and Randalstown, creating a welcoming space for people returning to dance or trying it for the first time.
Over the last ten years, our dancers have shared many memorable moments together such as performing at the SSE Arena and taking part in the Pope’s visit to Ireland, representing Irish culture at Irish Embassy celebrations across Europe and raising thousands of pounds for charities through our world renowned céilís.
This gala is an exciting opportunity to come together and celebrate that journey.
Tickets include a drinks reception, three-course meal and evening entertainment. Places are limited and must be booked in advance.
