AFSP's annual Advocacy Action Days bring advocates together in the state capital to advocate for policy changes that will help prevent suicide. You will be trained on advocacy best-practices and AFSP’s top policy issues for your state before meeting with state public officials to:
▪️Share with them why suicide prevention is important to YOU and to your community
▪️Educate them about the work being done in your community to prevent suicide
▪️Teach them what more must be done to prevent suicide.
