Nadeen Matthews Blair is a Certified AI Consultant and Founder and CEO of Crescent Advisory Group. She helps leaders and teams gain confidence using AI through practical, human-centered training that drives real results. With over 20 years of experience in strategy, digital transformation, and AI at McKinsey & Company, JPMorgan Chase, and National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited, Nadeen has worked with and led teams across the United States, the Caribbean, and West Africa. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School, AI certifications from MIT, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and the AI Innovision CPD Accredited program, and has completed executive leadership training at Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
