The Holmes and Pleasant Grove Neighborhood Center is more
than just a development — it’s the next step in a decade-long
effort to intentionally shape the future of Southwest Lansing,
led by the people who live here. For too long, this part of
Lansing was shaped by infrastructure that prioritized cars over
connection, leaving neighborhoods fragmented and under-served.
This project represents the culmination of years of grassroots planning and a turning point for bringing major investment into Southwest Lansing. It includes 30 energy-efficient homes, vibrant commercial space, a public plaza, and a memorial that honors the neighborhood’s story — all designed to reconnect people, place, and purpose.

We are “testing the waters” to gauge investor interest in a potential offering under Regulation Crowdfunding.
