About this Event
Ready to be surprised with an old poem in your drawer? Free yourself from your original intentions and re-envision an early draft. This workshop is a crash course in the inversion technique, reversing the chronology of your lines from the last to the beginning. Review how poets have used this process through studying their drafts and applying it for yourself. Explore your poem through unique methods and mediums. Find fresh insight and a new form of logic to your langauge. You'll be bending over backwards for your new poem.
