Inversions can be both exhilarating and intimidating, but with a gymnast’s perspective on body mechanics and alignment, they become approachable and fun. As a former competitive gymnast with over 10 years of teaching experience and 2 years as a yoga instructor, Wynne will guide you through each step with personalized cues, hands-on adjustments, and clear drills. We’ll break down the fundamentals of headstands, handstands, and forearm balances, focusing on strength-building exercises and alignment tips that will build confidence and stability.
