You will learn to identify, harvest, and cook problematic species so you can fight invasives with your fork! Walk Coogan Farm with expert foragers to spot invasives then return to the kitchen for a tasting meal showcasing how you can use these unexpected ingredients. In case of heavy rain, there will be an indoor slideshow presentation followed by the tasting. Meets at the Avery Kitchen at Coogan Farm. Pre-registration is required.
