In this workshop we'll explore intuitive writing as a tool for receiving clarity when life feels overwhelming, emotional, or uncertain. If you're stuck at a crossroads, wrestling with the decision, or processing an experience without clear answers, this method of writing may help bring deeper understanding by tapping into guidance beyond everyday thoughts. Participants will attempt to access intuitive insights that may come from their higher self, spirit guides, loved ones in spirit, animal companions, or perhaps even from parallel aspects of the self across lifetimes or dimensions. After a brief grounding exercise, instruction, and discussion, the rest of our time will be spent in active practice. We invite participants to bring deeply personal questions in mind to explore privately through this process.
Participants may bring their own laptop, journal, and favorite pen, or materials will be provided. No experience necessary, just sincerity and openness to whatever insight comes through.
