Intuitive Queen Alignment Yoga and Sound Bath
Come join me for a rejuvenating experience at the Worthing Quaker Meeting House! This event combines the nourishing practice of yoga with the soothing yet powerful sounds of a sound bath. Let go of stress, relax your mind, and immerse yourself in a blissful atmosphere.

'Restful Release’ (Slow/Hatha/Restorative/Yin)
&/or 8.10pm (50mins)- Sound Bath (50min)(Relaxing Crystal bowls)
Saturday’s fortnightly from 4/10/25
1pm - Yoga (1 hour) 'Embodied Expression’ (Creative Vinyasa flow/Hatha)
Or Awaken Activate (Accessible energising refresh flow)
&/or
8pm-Sound Bath (50min)(Drum Journey or Relaxing Crystal bowls)
&/or
2.10pm- Reflective Sound Bath (50min) with Journal exercise, or Drum Journey or Narrative Soundscape (50min) Reflective exploring emotion through instruments
Price:
Yoga £12 (1 hour)
Sound Bath £15 (50min)
Yoga & Sound Bath combo £22 (1hr 40min)
First session is half price.
Monthly packages: ask in person
Yoga-£20 (2 sessions a month) paid in advance only - to be used within the month
Yoga and Sound Therapy combo - £40 (2 sessions per month - two thurs or two sat) paid in advance to be used within the month.
